Thank you NHS - a bit of an essay.
By January I'd had an MRI and an operation booked for a torn meniscus ligament, the result of an
injury
way
back
in 2005. In mid-April, I had my op, courtesy of the NHS.

I have been diagnosed with rectocele and cystocele and deficient perineum
I have excruciating back pain going all down my legs and pelvic pain, still waiting to see what can be done about my prolapses, does that also mean my womb has prolapsed as well, and is there any strong painkillers to get rid of this pain. I seem to get it more when I am walking, as I am a carer in

First proper run after 2weeks on the injury couch :)
I've lost some fitness from sitting around on KittyKat's
injury
couch knocking
back
the Maltezers and Tizer but not as much as I thought. Now just need to build back up to 5k, then decide what comes next -obviously not a Miles_Yonder HM special but need to get my thinking cap on :)

My story!
Cognitively I improve and I am million miles away from where I was 18 months post
injury
. I do not think I am in anyway ‘
back
to normal’, though I think that concept is fairly meaningless, as I am not sure if the term 'normal' really means anything.

Does T3 cause weak muscles and ligaments?
Now she thinks the T3 has caused weak muscles and ligaments because she's got a bad
back
(has aggravated an old
injury
.) Personally, I don't think it does, but what do I know! Oh, she has a low ferritin of 28, folate is 10, B12 386.

Strange reading TSH 8.7 T4 21.8 - confused!
She's suffered on and off with issues getting her levels right since (in the meantime she had a mastectomy due to ductal carcinoma in situ) Anyway about a year ago she suffered a slight slip on a floor - didn't fall over but was enough to cause an
injury
to her
back
.

Janda posts are back!? This time: the ITB injury problem
It's so long since I put finger to keyboard but I have tried to 'dip in' to some of the blogs, especially when I get the . weekly digest. As a veteran graduate I know what C25k has done for me, getting me off the couch and running for real. I am now two weeks away from my third half marathon ... and

I just can't lose weight, and my thyroid results always come back normal!
I gained even more weight in 2003, after working in offices, and in 2007, I sustained a
back
injury
, which meant I literally couldn't do much exercise, so pilled on the pounds. 6 years later, I weigh about 147kilos (I should mention I'm 6'3 as well).

Kids on Love. Questions were posed about love and marriage to kids between 5-10 years old. Here are their answers.
Q. What is the proper age to get married? A. 84- because at that age, you don't have to work any more, and you can spend all your time loving in the bedroom. A. Once I'm done with kindergarten, I'm gonna find me a wife. Q. What do most people do on a date? A. On the first date they just tell each other

After an unpromising start.......
Trying to build
back
up to 30minutes running after my 2weeks on the
injury
couch so set off today with Laura and the w9 podcast to keep me company. It was horrible! :( Despite Julie and Laura's best efforts I definitely wasn't feeling the love today.

W7R1 - Wow running in the heat is not fun!
W7R1 ticked off this morning - this is the second time I have reached this stage, having suffered a bad
injury
back
in March resulting in me taking four weeks out and then restarting at the beginning of Week 5.

Park Run?
Keep talking myself out of hitting the pavement as I'm worried the impact will be too much on an old
back
injury
, but I'm determined to at least try sometime soon.

Never thought I'd be a runner
All was going well until I aggravated my old tendon
injury
. After resting it, I found I couldn't get
back
into exercise without causing stiffness and pain, seemingly everywhere, not just in my foot! I got in the cycle of injury, resting, re-injuring, resting and so on, and it wasn't going anywhere.
