Didn't suffer any ill effects after Tuesday's cheeky runnette so decided to test things a bit further today and try a little 20 minuter. 'Twas wonderful and comfortable (no coughing my lungs up and no dodgy knees) and very enjoyable. I've lost some fitness from sitting around on KittyKat's injury couch knocking back the Maltezers and Tizer but not as much as I thought. Now just need to build back up to 5k, then decide what comes next -obviously not a Miles_Yonder HM special but need to get my thinking cap on
