Something helps with bruising
ARNICA
MONTANA. They are pellets in a tube. Doctors have patients take them before and after elective surgeries for bruising. I have taken them and they go away fast.

Sudden bruised swollen hand
They suggested
Arnica
and keeping arm raised. Has anyone experienced anything like this? (I’ve had PMR for 6 years and had been on 5 mg pred for 5 years. I was particularly achey recently so am trying 6 mg for l month and l am a bit less fatigued.)

Trigger item for Lymphorrhea.
I had a rash appear on the back of my hands to which I applied
Arnica
. The rash disappeared within hours but the following morning I had an unexpected leakage in my legs. That too lasted only a couple of days. The following week the rash returned on my thighs as well as my hands.

And Just As You Think Its Quiet on the Pulse Front..........
Popped to Holland & Barrett with hubby to get some
arnica
. After Avocadogate, I wasn't going to chance what he would come back with. According to my Versa 2, I had only walked 0.35 of a mile in total from getting up, to getting back to the car. Gentle, flat, slow walking.

2 Week Update
The
arnica
seems to be tackling the bruising admirably and I salute hubby for his twice daily, dutiful application of it, even though his technique is reminiscent of waxing the car (not quite Karate Kid) but beggars can't be choosers.

Holistic, Happy, Healing Hysterectomy
I took a lot of advice from '101 tips for a happy hysterectomy' – there's loads of great tips in that book - most notably, I took
arnica
and I have NO bruising! I also drank peppermint tea immediately in hospital and when I got home – my 'swelly belly' and bowels calmed within a week.

Residual bruises
I've tried Vitamin E,
Arnica
, and witch hazel to no avail. I think some of the bruises are about a year old. Thanks!

Wisdom tooth removal - pain relief options at 24 weeks pregnant
I have also been advised that
arnica
tablets could be very helpful, though I haven’t taken them before.

Better sleep: 30 wakers & stoppers
Arnica
cream. * Neck: Wedge a small pillow/cushion under forehead & half of my face, so face-down. (Face-up is a problem because of my palate noise, but sometimes it's OK.) Even better might be a ring cushion with breath-holes... Something like a higher mattress next to yours.

Joints and stuff
After my shower today I slathered myself with
arnica
gel. Hopefully this will ease it, but as I said, this is very unusual for me. My right hip aches but that is my worst side with the osteoporosis and this clears up on it's own. I just don't know what to make of it. Take care everyone x

At best bruised...at worst broken?
Over the weekend I was on my feet for my full 8-9 hour shifts and carried on the RICE routine, throwing in
arnica
as the bruising had spread over half my foot.

C Section Advice
I’ve read that
arnica
may help and also to take deflatine as bloating could be bad. Also, v worried about Covid, as I’m sure everyone is. Just trying to stay positive and hope all goes well. xx

Does anyone else have Hot Feet with RLS?
It also contains
arnica
and menthol. I am really looking forward to trying it and will report back once I have given it a try. Sorry for being so long winded. I look forward to hearing anyone else's experience with "hot feet syndrome". :-)
