Just been diagnosed - scared and v depressed
I went to the gp surgery and over a few months tried repeated courses of
antibiotics
, which failed to clear my lungs. I saw a different nurse practitioner every time and was just given
antibiotics
and shooed away. None worked.

Anyone with gastroparesis?
Plus, I was on several courses of very strong
antibiotics
for the 1st 3 months, so my microbiome was a mess. I have gotten this sorted with pre and probiotics, but the healthier diet I would prefer to maintain (transplant) is opposite to the one I need. Very frustrating.

PEG pain
She does get infections around the site and
antibiotics
and a saline wash cure this. However recently after an infection she started to complain about pain to her left side of the stomach. No redness or heat is showing and it's ongoing. Any ideas? Paul

Heart issues with GCA
The over the counter Prevacid was doing great damage to me, and the prescribed
antibiotics
triggered vertigo in me. Please be careful what you take.

NHS medication requested from GP surgery
I expect we all have repeat scripts showing when we can request regular medication, and when it was last issued, the date we can request more, and date when review is due. Most of my items were due for review on Thursday 2 March 2023. However nothing has happened, except with my antibiotic Azithromycin

diverticulitis flair - cipro for 4 days, flagyl for 2, pain gone, stomach super distended, no bm for 3 days. Liquid diet 24 hrs. ER req’d?
Think the
antibiotics
are working as i’ don[t have pain. I started cipro as soon as I knew a flair had kicked in. And 2 days later I got my blood work and with a CRP of 155, i decided to start metronizole which I had.

Cough cough cough - Methotrexate?
I’ve gone through a bottle of Kovonia from the local pharmacist; a course of Doxycycline 100mg
antibiotics
from GP1 (telephone consult); a course of Co-Amoxiclav 500/125
antibiotics
from GP2 (face-to face consult); and the cough persists.

Multiple lots of
antibiotics
did nothing and I had weeks off in my new job. It was part time, working 3 days out of 7 but even when I wasn’t ill I spent the other 4 days recovering/preparing to go back in again. It became hell, this job that should have been straightforward.

Pain above molar teeth that runs across jaw and left side of head.
My dentist never found a problem but gave me
antibiotics
a couple of times in case it was a sinus infection. After a few bouts of the pain I never new if they did anything as the pain always went after the same period of time with or without
antibiotics

Question Dear Group: I was in a car accident last Tuesday, passenger, front seat. No broken bones. Six stitches to laceration on the left forearm that the Emergency Dept doctor said was very deep. It was caused by glass. He felt around in the wound (it was injected full of lidocaine and pain free) and
