Tooth Infection interfering with effect of numbing agent.
My first post. Have read many accounts. Very impressed by so many that are struggling and the kindness and suggestions of others. I have been newly diagnosed afib and moderate heart failure. (3months ago) Dr put me on Eliquis and Metoprolol. Dealing with side effects and learning all I can to help myself

Pressure on bladder - non typical uti symptoms
She was on 2 lots of
antibiotics
, which gave her terrible side effects. So is terrified to take them again. Especially as we have a family funeral to attend this Friday. She wants this sorted by then. Personally I don't think it's a uti.

bacterial meningitis
He was hospitalized 3 weeks in neuro ICU, on 5-6 continuous
antibiotics
drips, on ventilator for a week and had drain inserted to brain to relieve pressure and fluids. This started as an ear ache and then streptococcal pneumonea and peusoda monas grew from the fluids.

Atrial / Ventricular Fibrillation and Stomach issues?
He has omprezol and dodna
antibiotics
but they haven't helped. He was sent to a stomach specialist at a private hospital but that dr just said it was because of lack of mobility without even examining him. He was quite rude and it was a case of in and out.

Covid. 7 chest infections (many steroids &
antibiotics
) 2 day stay in hospital with pneumonia. and one cracked rib......🤦♂️ So if any fellow Ct5k friends out there who are struggling a bit... It can be done.👍. Take it slowly, go back weeks when you get a setback...extra rest days between runs.

round two!
Did about 8 breathing treatments, a round of IV steroids, iv
antibiotics
and who knows what else. I’m home now. Want to bet the first round was pneumonia too!

MDD with Anxiety Disorder and PTSD
Pressure stopped that as well, and I went home with a well wrapped wrist and
antibiotics
. Having to tell my kids in person (adult questions/adult answers) brought me back to reality very quickly. I have promised both I will tell them truthfully how I am doing from now on.

Raised CRP to 5.3 and ESR to 25
I currently have a second UTI, first one August and am taking
antibiotics
. Could the UTI be elevating my CRP and ESR? I don't want to increase my pred unless absolutely essential. It has taken me 18 months to get from 9mg to 4mg a day. I don't seem to have any PMR pain.

covid and return to benepali
I finished the
antibiotics
on Wednesday too. Now, I can feel my body stiffening up, with returning joint aches and I’d like to get my benepali back on track but I’m unsure when I should restart this. At the moment, I’ve missed two weekly doses?

Not exactly PMR but advice please about post menopausal dryness.
Since I was diagnosed with PMR in 2017 I have had frequent episodes of cystitis requiring antibiotic treatment. These seemed to be made worse by the Calcium and vitamin supplement I was prescribed so I stopped taking it. But I still suffer episodes of UTI/ cystitis about once a year and now my GP has

Last Friday I spoke to our respiratory nurse and explained I'd been fighting for breath and had used my SOS
antibiotics
. She told me to take the SOS Prednisilone as well.

What is the likely hood of becoming immune to antibioticsl?
There are only about a handful of iv
antibiotics
used for Cystic Fibrosis infections and infections of people w Bronchiectasis like me. I am now having back to back lung infections of Pseudomonas, Ralston Picketti and many more.

Covid and the NHS
I called the docs to inform them what I had been told, within an hour the doc telephoned me and prescribed
antibiotics
which he telephoned through to my local chemist so I could pick them up within the hour.
