Chest infection
I took
antibiotics
, the doctor said I didn't need steroid pills this time. I had a check-up a week ago and the doctor said that my chest was clear. I'm worried because I still don't feel well. I have coughing attacks and I feel that my cough is quite heavy.

throat problems
I was on two rounds of
antibiotics
but neither worked. It hasn’t been causing me many issues but does anyone know what could have caused this or if i should be seeking medical care for it?

Use of Antibiotics
I blame my IBS on the constant use of
antibiotics
for urine infections. I haven’t taken any
antibiotics
for about 4 years now but have today been prescribed an antibiotic, Amoxicillin for a tooth infection. I’m now concerned about it making my IBS worse. I have it pretty well under control.

silent reflux?
Five courses of oral steroids and six lots of
antibiotics
. One episode of AF triggered by coming off the steroids I think. My asthma meds have recently been changed and I am feeling much better. But I want to get on top of the silent reflux.

antibiotics
,so silver dressing and compression bandage .it has grown in size now . The doctors are reluctant to give her any medication that will take the pain away .

Mycobacterium and IBS
It appears from my research that the treatment will be difficult and would require
antibiotics
possibly for a year. I would be most grateful for any info that can help me determine this extensive treatment. Thank You

COVID, Pneumonia and healthcare
After 3.5 days of Paxlovid (halted due to drug interactions), I completed five days of Molnupiravir (antiviral) and eight days of Augmentin (
antibiotics
). A visit to the Emergency Department two nights ago confirmed both COVID and pneumonia.

Waiting for Mr. T
On the flip side, I'm having a diverticulitis episode, but I've been on
antibiotics
since Monday, and it's subsiding.😎

SECOND CATARACT SURGERY- LEFT EYE
This time he injected the
antibiotics
and Pred instead of sending me home with 3 bottles of eye drops. The injection is into the bottom lid, not the actual eyeball which was one of my pre-op questions. My last eye had become irritated, so I went into the Clinic.

Cough, chest pressure, GCA
I am currently taking
antibiotics
since Monday for 7 days. Has anyone experienced a cough/chest heaviness with GCA or other autoimmune conditions? Is it possible that my bronchi are inflamed? If so, it seems the prednisone would have calmed this by now. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Very worried about Mom
They are giving her
antibiotics
but her blood counts are out of whack. Rbc are all low and her wbc is slightly high. So I have a couple of questions. Her doctor said to immediately stop the venetoclax (which she did before he told us). How long can a person go without venetoclax treatment?

I am now able to tolerate antibiotics again after my nerves healed

WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH
?[/u] I've done a lot of experimentation and a lot of research on this. It seems to be that
antibiotics
(through various mechanisms) are able to cause nerve issues due to ion channel changes, redox status changes, energy metabolism changes, etc.

Saw Dr Klein at the Cambridge blood clinic.
He seemed to think my being given
antibiotics
etc and searching for cancer is very unlikely to bear fruit. Apparently my Humira may also be causing a lot of these issues.
