throat problems

I’ve been to GPs but they’ve been useless with helping me understand whats wrong or coukd have happened to my throat

About a year ago I notices that the esphogus (however you spell it) had risen into my mouth, not long after the lumps on my throat appeared and my tonsils just seem mishapen and strange. I was on two rounds of antibiotics but neither worked.

It hasn’t been causing me many issues but does anyone know what could have caused this or if i should be seeking medical care for it?
