Hello all, I just saw a tweet about the findings from the Covid-19 Global Rheumatology Alliance. I'll paste part of the 'Key Messages' section here as it explains better than I can: "Due to underlying immune system dysfunction and the common use of immunosuppressants, there is concern about poorer

Low AMH / Antisperm antibodies IVF/ICSI round 2!!
Hello you lovely ladies. We are about to start our second round of IVF/ICSI. I thought I’d post our progress in the hope that it might help someone somewhere along the way. As some of you may remember, in February 2019 my AMH came back as 2.3 pmol FSH 14.5 and I only ever had three follicles (I was 34

Home based AMH test
Hi, I am looking to start my treatment soon. My clinic suggested that I do their home AMH test first as part of their assessment. I was told before that these home AMH test is not reliable. Can I check if anyone has done a home AMH test before / recently and if this is reliable? Many thanks

WEATHER IS CAUSING HAVOC TO BODY
Flippin weather. When the humidity started last week I could give Popeye a run for his money . Swelling more manageable but... yesterday with all the storms I became stiffer and this morning every joint and ligament is stiff and painful had to take co-codamol just to get out of bed. I can’t take any

Hi all! My husband is a 36 year old type 1 diabetic with DN and CKD stage 3b and I am an FNP working in endocrinology. I have done tons of research trying to figure out how to best help manage his disease and help my endo CKD patients as well. My main question is what meds have directly caused anyone

Women with PCOS, what is your AMH?
I just received my test results. I’m going to be 32 in November and my AMH result is 62.1 which seems far too high. Does this mean anything at all?

Clomid
Hi all! Anyone had luck with Clomid? I’m due to start my first round tomorrow. I’m feeling a little stressed as we’ve already had 2 failed IVF/ICSI rounds and I have a low AMH. My partners last semen analysis came back normal. Thanks all x Abs x

Two step approach to chocolate cysts
Is this what hope feels like? I swear I had forgotten. The specialist from the endo centre just called me. Recommends a two step approach, drain the cysts (mine are bilateral and big), zoladex for three months, remove the rest of the cysts. He wants to preserve my AMH and try to prevent premature ovarian

Struggling
Hi all, hope everyone’s doing as well as possible. I’ve not written a post quite like this before but am just really struggling at the moment. I’ve got a really low AMH. First ICSI cycle was cancelled due to no response, second one was cancelled due to the Covid situation, and we’re hoping to start again

Egg freezing with endometrioma
Hello everyone- it's my birthday today and I wish I could say I was celebrating but I am far too anxious! I have an appointment tomorrow to see whether it will be possible to freeze some eggs on my ovary with a smaller endometrioma (the other side is so large they don't think it will respond) pre operatively

Hi everyone, I’ve had a call today to go into hospital this week for an an AMH blood test and scan which have been waiting a while for. I’m feeling a bit anxious about it - have people that have gone into hospital for appointments recently felt safe? Are people social distancing within the hospital and

Over 5 years ago when we done my first cycle my AMH was 15.7 age 34. Year after we done another cycle which give us a healthy baby girl. From that cycle we had one frostie so November 2018 we went back to clinic to try for sibling for her so we repeat AMH test which come out that is 5.7. Base on that

Symptom control
Hello This is my first post, be gentle with me! I was diagnosed with endometriosis in August last year. I was listed for surgery but then the whole COVID thing happened so it has been postponed. I have been regularly symptomatic for about 18 months now. I’m looking for advice of dealing with the bloating

Trying to conceive - newly diagnosed with DOR
Hello, I’m 33 and been trying to conceive natural for 1 year. I have been tested for amh levels and to my shock I have a score of 4.5 - which I believe is equivalent to the average of someone in their early 40’s. I’ve also been told I have 3 follicles on right and 2 on left which is significantly low

A Little Hope
After 18mths of trying unsuccessfully and all the heartache and uncertainty of a “unexplained infertility” diagnosis, I’m now pregnant naturally. I’m in a daze as I had lost all hope of this ever happening for my husband and I - this is the first time we have ever had a positive test, so much so I had
