Advice before trying to conceive...

So after saying no to laparoscopy because the doctor could not put me at ease about my ovaries, which are all tied up behind uterus with endometrioma. I had an MRI and some fertility check. It turns out my AMH is too low for my age. Me and my partner are preparing to try to conceive. I am currently trying to lose weight and taking supplements. But is there any advice for things to do before trying to conceive and about low libido? The pain etc just puts me off and I don’t feel like having sexual at all. Another question is how long it may take to get pregnant? I’d welcome your stories and advices. Thank you
