Women with PCOS, what is your AMH?

I just received my test results. I’m going to be 32 in November and my AMH result is 62.1 which seems far too high. Does this mean anything at all?

I have PCOS also and my AMH was 66.8. Was still able to produce eggs and now have 2 frozen embryos waiting for me. I was told as mine was high i might be on a slightly lower injection dose so I wasn’t over stimulated. Also told i was at risk of OHSS but was fine in the end. Hope this helps xxx

Yes I believe I would be at risk of OHSS. It happened to a friend and she doesn’t even have Pcos. I wish you all the best for your transfer x

I have PCO but not PCOS, my AMH was 52.4 which my doctor said supported my PCO diagnosis.

I had read online about women with PCOS having poorer quality eggs, this really worried me. But i’m currently pregnant from my second round of IVF and have 5 top quality blasts in the freezer so its not always true xx

That’s amazing! Thank you for sharing. My private clinic does not think I need Ivf at this stage but as a last chance... I hope I will get pregnant naturally again, or with Clomid! I wish you all the best on your pregnancy x

Mine was 124 at 36, My dr said it’s a marker of severe PCOS x

That sounds very high, did you have other symptoms? I don’t have any of the Pcos symptoms but it was confirmed by bloods and scans. I know you are pregnant now and that gives me hope! x

Yeah I do have very irregular periods (as in no cycle at all), don’t ovulate, and would grow a little moustache if I didn’t keep it in check 😂

My dr said that PCO/PCOS women will usually manage to get pregnant, they may just need help. If you have very high AMH they will adjust your treatment to suit to try to prevent ohss. Good luck lovely xx

I already got pregnant naturally but since I don’t ovulate often I’m struggling now. Hopefully the clinic will help in a way or another. My doctor said is not a matter of ‘if’ i will get pregnant but ‘how’ and ‘when’. I’m just so tired already of waiting!

🤷‍♀️ I’m think they were ok. Our fertilisation rate/percentage that went to day 5 was what the clinic said they’d hope for xx

I had my amh checked 3 months ago at 27 my amh was 66.4

I have been told I have pco but not the syndrome but I’m starting to think I may may have pcos I was for years told I was unexplained and haven’t actually been given an official diagnosis just been told I may have

I have also had 4 fresh cycles

I became pregnant with 3 but lost them later on. And had a few frozen.

I do tend to get good embryos and have always had very good fertilisation but I have never become pregnant without ivf

Aw i’m so sorry for your losses 💕 I got pregnant only once after a few months of ttc and it was naturally. Unfortunately it ended in miscarriage at 11 weeks. Now it’s been 8 months of trying again and nothing, but in these months of ovulated only twice so.. it’s hard..

Mine is 97, not sure what it means other than PCOS and lots of follicles / high risk of OHSS. I never got OHSS during my fresh cycle though xx
