CHANGE OF BIOLOGIC TREATMENT
Hello, I have had Rheumatoid arthritis since my late 30s (77 now). I had several biologic treatments , some of which did not really control the RA well… The best biologic was Enbrel (Etanercept) weekly injections. It gave me my life back for 14 years until I had my second knee replacement operation

Symptoms
- light bleed (turned out I am A- (RhD Neg) so needed to get the preventative anti D shot early.

In May 2016, some purpura and Petechia was observed in my legs, to know about it I did CBC. CBC report showed that Platelets of my blood had reached about 47,000 and by passage of 20 days it decreased and reached to 10,000. Beside this I had heavy bleeding and Epistaxis along with purpura. I stated

First FET - how chilled to be after?
Hi all, Just starting our 2nd IVF attempt with a FET, with our only frozen embryo. We’ve been trying for 2 years, tests show I have a low AMH of around 4, and husband had varicocele causing low motility, count & shape. We had ICSI in spring this year which sadly didn’t implant, so really nervous about

It feels like it has been 2 weeks already lol. I've been having slight cramps the past few days & yesterday had a teenie bit of brown spotting but putting that down to the transfer. Due to test on 29th July - I don't think I'll test early as it bursts the hope bubble & I want to stay in it as long

MTFHR and possible immune disorder
hello everyone, I have been down and frustrated to say the least on this journey. IVF seems to have taken over my life. I spoke to a doctor in US to get a second opinion was I wasn’t happy with my old clinic. I am going to be 44 and I have been told by this doctor that I may have premature ovarian

IVF options
Hi, I just wondered if anyone has heard of/used mild or natural IVF rather than traditional IVF? Especially if you’re over 40? I’d not heard of these previously, so it’s all new to me, and we have been told given my age (42) and the fact my AMH level is low etc, this could potentially have more chance

raynaud's
hello all. i'm struggling with raynaud's, sometimes daily. oddly, sulphates trigger it with me, though i'm mostly reading about temp changes and things like quitting smoking (i don't). does anyone know if nsaids trigger it? if yes (my guess as i'm currently dealing with numb toes a few hours after taking

acid reflux / stomach discomfort.. RA related?
hi, I’m just wondering if others have experience of GI issues such as acid reflux, stomach acid & discomfort(which feels like constant hunger) and a burn in the throat… and whether this may be related to my RA, or the medication. Am on Leflunomide & adalimumab. I haven’t taken NSAIDS for ages, so can

hormonal stimulation or natural cycle IVF
hello, I’m 43 and with anti-muller hormone at 0.48 my doctor says I need to do a light hormonal stimulation so that she gets sufficient quantity of eggs retrieval. My dear is triggering hormonal cancers by the injections. Initially I thought I would do a natural cycle ivf (no hormonal injections), but
