Thank you for sharing this Moomin - I’ve just listened and found it fascinating and informative.

I’d recommend RA folks to watch. You can always skip through the parts where they discuss medication which isn’t relevant to you.

I made notes when they were talking about virus avoidance and how we can use natural anti- viral and immune boosting natural supplements. The importance of stress reduction through breathing, meditation, and forming a routine. The 4-7-8 breath.

A final thought, we can’t control the situation but we can control how we react to the situation

Thank you - very useful and encouraging. I really liked the presenters and how they were very clear about what was personal opinion and what research had/hadn't been done. The bit at the end when they gave out contact details to prospective clients/patients made me smile though - so different from here in the UK.

I really enjoyed this too, it felt very sincere and sensitive to many differing needs.

I've learnt a lot from watching that, they all were informative and nice, trying my breathing technique right now 😁
