IVF in older age

We’re starting our 2nd IVF cycle very soon. I’m 41 years old. Undiagnosed infertility. We’re both healthy and all our tests have been “normal”. My AMH is low but AFC 12 so fingers crossed.

Just looking for positive stories in older mums. I want to go into this cycle with lots of positivity and am beginning to get nervous about going through it all again. Thanks everyone 😊

Hi JenRoy. Well your AFC is not too bad, so if coupled with satisfactory hormone results, you should stand a fair chance of success. I do have ladies up to 43 yrs old that have been successful using their own eggs, so fingers crossed you can join them. Just wanted to wish you every success. I shall be thinking of you. Diane

I am 41 amd have had 4 fresh cycles of ICSI and now I have an 8 week old baby. It does work. Keep going and best of luck xxx
