CHANGE OF BIOLOGIC TREATMENT
Hello, I have had Rheumatoid arthritis since my late 30s (77 now). I had several biologic treatments , some of which did not really control the RA well… The best biologic was Enbrel (Etanercept) weekly injections. It gave me my life back for 14 years until I had my second knee replacement operation

acid reflux / stomach discomfort.. RA related?
hi, I’m just wondering if others have experience of GI issues such as acid reflux, stomach acid & discomfort(which feels like constant hunger) and a burn in the throat… and whether this may be related to my RA, or the medication. Am on Leflunomide & adalimumab. I haven’t taken NSAIDS for ages, so can

hormonal stimulation or natural cycle IVF
hello, I’m 43 and with anti-muller hormone at 0.48 my doctor says I need to do a light hormonal stimulation so that she gets sufficient quantity of eggs retrieval. My dear is triggering hormonal cancers by the injections. Initially I thought I would do a natural cycle ivf (no hormonal injections), but

Low AMH Success Stories
I’m hoping to hear from people in a similar situation who have low AMH and a small amount of follicles. Anyone had success in this situation? I’m 40 and have had three cycles (current in the 2WW). Each round I’ve only ever had 2 or 3 mature follicles though and end up with 2 early blastocysts at day

letrozole- no dominant follicle.
hello, I’ve just had my first round of letrozole on 2.5mg OD as I was told I have a high amh (67). Also have lean PCOS. I had a scan yesterday on day 12 and no dominant follicle. Largest one they could see was 10.2mm. Have been told to have sex and not do ovulation sticks because of it causing stress

Dominant follicles in one ovary....
Hi everyone - hoping for some advice/experience... I'm on my second egg collection at 44. AMH was 12.07 in March and was pretty elated as meant my egg reserve should be okay ... However, my first scan they said I had 10 follicles but my FSH was a bit too high at 12.2 but they thought that was due to
