I’m new here. A big air hug for everyone.
I’m prepping to TTC. My AMH is low for my age so I’m aware that it may take time. I am also waiting for surgery to remove a polyp and do a hysteroscopy. I also have endometriosis, cysts and fibroids. A bit of a mess down there.
Anyways, I’m trying to lose weight because I was just at 30.1 BMI and a level one obese, I am on 27 BMI at the moment. I’m vegan and cook from scratch. I eat fairly healthy but still gain weight. I exercise but I’m not consistent because of the endometriosis pain and mood issues. I want to at least hit 24.9 when we start TTC. We’re starting in August so I have time to prep and take vitamins etc.
I’d love your advice on supplements, losing weight, what to watch out in a vegan diet during TTC, etc.
