Hi fertility friends Instead of doing an FET with my last 3BB embryo my doctor has suggested another retrieval due to rapidly declining AMH levels Instead of the usual gonal f, cetrotide, and ovitrelle she’s using puregon for stimulation and pregnyl for trigger Has anyone used this combination and how

Stimulation and follicle growth - day 6 and barely any symptoms. Does it mean follicles do not grow?
Hey ladies, as per title. I have 6 injections already and I feel much less symptoms then last time. Could it mean nothing is growing? Did any of you had a good outcome with a minimal symptoms? I won't have many follicles anyway because of very low AMH but last 2 times I had between 6 to 10 follicles

Hi all, Myself and my partner had our first IVF apt today which is being completed at a private clinix via NHS funding. Wondering if anyone else has similar experience, i have low AMH (7) and was told today that although my periods are regular, im most likely only ovulating here and there, as my periods

DHEA and Melatonin
Hiya again. I’m very two minded about these two supplements. The clinic suggested I could take them without any testing and I read that it might not be a good idea for everyone to take DHEA. My AMH was around 17 a year back so I’m not sure if taking these will just improve my egg quality without any

Going abroad but can only do a short protocol. Any experience with short protocol?
Hi everyone. After 4 failed transfers with top grade embryos, I’m planning to go abroad for embryo banking next month to see if I get any good blastocysts (due to work I’m not able to go for long durations) I’ve been on two icsi long protocols in the past and first one they only got one C grade embryo

Feeling so poorly after egg collection - like trapped wind
Hey, I had an egg collection on Monday, I have low AMH so only 7 eggs retrieved. I know it’s only been a couple of days, but I’m feeling dreadful. I feel quite sick, but the worst is that I am literally bloated like a football and my upper stomach is incredibly sore and bloated too. I just wondered

Hello, I have just had another fail, this being my 4th IVF cycle and don't know where to go from here. Is it time to give up or is there still hope? Cycle 1 [IVF, long protocol] > 6 eggs, 5 mature, 2 fertilised, x1 early blast Day 5 = failed implantation Cycle 2 [IVF, long protocol] > 5 eggs, 4 mature

Hi ladies, I've just found out my aMH has dropped from 2.3 a year ago to 0.7 now. I don't even know if there's a slight chance with a number this low, I'm absolutely devastated :'(

DHEA for older women
Hi all, I've just had a BFN from my 4th cycle. We only had one embryo, and it was a day 4 transfer. Previous to that, we froze one embryo from a previous cycle. My 3rd round was cancelled due to poor response to meds (we tried a new stim, and my body didn't like it). First and second rounds were NHS
