Fluctuating AMH Levels and then huge decline in one year.
Hi, I am just interested in whether anyone has been in a similar position. I am 34. I had my AMH and AFC tested 3 months before I turned 34. My AFC was good at 19 but my AMH was low for my age at 8.9. Two weeks later, I got my AMH retested and it was 6.2. I thought AMH wasn’t meant to change that much

To freeze or not to freeze
I have low AMH 4.1pmol and I'm 34 in 1 week! My 4 year relationship has just broken down as per all the stress and strain of trying for a baby for 3 years and failed IVF. I'm considering freezing my eggs and preserve my chances of being a mum but do I need to panic and start doing that yet? I was

Scared and feel defeated already re IVF
Hi all, I know this sounds bad but I’m currently going through a IVF and I’m just so worried it’s not going to work for me. I am trying to remain positive but my mind is in a dark place and it’s taken over. I don’t know what I’m going to do if it fails or I have a miscarriage I just feel so drained.

Clinic recommendations
Hi everyone, hope you’re all having a very happy Christmas! I am looking for some recommendations for our next and likely final go at ivf. I am 41 next week, have very low AMH due to stage 4 endometriosis and high fsh and only one Fallopian tube. We did a few tries last year but never got to collection

What treatment worked best for Seronegative Inflammatory Arthritis?
Hiya I'm a newbie to NRAS, and had lots of side effects with various treatments for SNIA (Seronegative Inflammatory Arthritis). I am just about to restart taking Baricitinib after trying Methx, Sulfzine, Tocilizumab (infusions), Benepali, etc All of the above didn't last in terms of efficacy. I did

Low Ovarian Reserve and Laparoscopy
Hi. After much to-ing and fro-ing I think we've finally come to a decision about our next steps. We are fed up of going through endless fresh cycles and think we will now move towards transferring the one and only euploid we have. First, however, I want to undergo some tests to ensure my body is in

pregnancy post surgery
Hi everyone, Curious peoples’ experiences getting pregnant without ART post laparoscopic surgery? Especially for those that started with low amh levels and who had one endometrioma removed. Weighing whether we should freeze our eggs before surgery or not. Thanks!

5AA embryo IVF transfer failed
Hi Ladies, I am really struggling today. I am 28 and have been ttc for 2 years now. It is deemed unexplained. Just finished my first IVF ICSI NHS round. 14 eggs retrived, 11 mature, 9 fertilised, 2 x 5 day embryos. 5AA was used for fresh transfer (was told this is the best grade so was very hopeful)

Bruising
HiI was diagnosed stage 3b ckd in July, age 64. After following a low salt diet and cutting out nsaids, my egfr was 48, last tested in August. My question is, excessive bruising. Is this normal with ckd. I've lately, past few years, had a lot of bad bruising on my hands, the slightest knock and a red

endometrioma- surgery- pregnancy outcomes
Hi everyone, So appreciate everyone’s stories. I’m 34, have low amh (5.3pmol/L), and was recently diagnosed with endometriosis. I have a relatively small (so I’ve been told) endometrioma in my right ovary and adhesions between my colon and uterus, and also my right ovary and uterus. We found all this

Ivf cycle failed again
Hi, Feeling really fed up. I've just had my sixth cycle of ivf which has today ended with my period. I'm 37, my first two cycles, August 2017 and November 2017, both fresh. Third cycle in January 2018 was successful and we have a 4 year old boy. Which is the main reason for doing this, for his sake.

Any experience of improving egg quality & quantity?
Hi guys, I’ve just had my second failed round of IVF. Both have been fresh cycles and there’s not been anything to freeze either time. I’m 39 and have an average AMH. On my first cycle they collected 5 eggs, 3 fertilised, 1 made it to blastocyst (3CC) but didn’t implant. The consultant said they’d expected

Newbie here, tests/symptoms suggest PA or AAG
Hi everyone. My medical adventures have been ongoing for years but, like many others, I have struggled to find a definitive diagnosis for my symptoms. My spouse is the only person I've shared all this with. He's been by my side and supportive throughout numerous doctors shrugging their shoulders — and

Failed first FET - how to improve egg count for next cycle?
Hello lovelies 🌷today was my btd with my one and only frozen medium quality embryo and unfortunately I’m not pregnant (thanks progesterone for giving me all the false hope during the 2ww). I now need to start from the beginning with hormones and potentially produce my eggs it’s so mentally draining.

Another Blow
So after taking all the supplements that the consultant suggested e.g. Impryl, CQ10 and starting and having to stop DHEA (higher normal range for DHEA-S & testosterone before taking) he’s just today said I only have a 2-5% chance with natural or mild IVF. Also, I explained I was in the upper nomad range

Is It Implantation? Can anyone help? Really Need Opinions.
Hi, A bit of our back story: We've been trying for a baby for over 4 years. We fell pregnant a few months in to trying but unfortunately there was no heartbeat at our 12 week scan. Since then we found out there's male and female infertility issues. I have a VERY low AMH level and I don't always ovulate

Laparoscopy and transfer, to downregulate or not?
I was diagnosed with stage 4 endo after a laparoscopy and they removed all apart from one near my bowel. I have low amh. I have my last cycle in a week and the doctor is suggesting a fresh transfer instead of down regulation. I am so confused on what to do and whether to have a double embryo transfer

No fertilisation ICSI
Hi everyone, I need advice please. We’ve just found out that our second round of ICSI also resulted in no fertilisation. We are devastated. We bought a package so we have one more chance but I want to take a break as at the moment I feel like I cannot do this again. In the meantime we would like to
