Laparoscopy and transfer, to downregulate or not?

I was diagnosed with stage 4 endo after a laparoscopy and they removed all apart from one near my bowel. I have low amh. I have my last cycle in a week and the doctor is suggesting a fresh transfer instead of down regulation. I am so confused on what to do and whether to have a double embryo transfer too? Any advice is so appreciated xxx

Hi ourbaby. Remember your specialist wants you to be successful too, so he/she will give you good guidance. As your endometriosis has now been quietened down, perhaps a natural cycle would be the way to go. Discuss a double transfer thoroughly before deciding. Good luck! Diane
