I already am treated for a fib (bisoprolol and warfarin) but I have taken (for years) one 10mg
amitriptyline
at night and two 8/500 co-codamol in the middle of the night. Is it ok to continue like this because they really do the trick? Many thanks

Amitriptyline
Hi I have started taking low dose (10mg)
Amitriptyline
each evening(about a month now) but as i've just had one of the worst bouts ever wondered if it is just making matters worse by creating more constipation, has anyone else out there with IBSm or IBSc has had success with it or has it just made

Doctors have me on this to treat my ibs, I’m worried as it’s an antidepressant? I’ve upper right quadrant pains for 20 years same place, same pain all the time, feel tired for days after a flare up. This may help some people, but I manage it by placing a firm object into my back below my ribs and lying

Amiyriptyline making me more depressed
I have been given
Amitriptyline
to add to my Venlafaxine to help me sleep. Started on 2.5mgs. 11th day in, i can bear horrible side effects & it does help me sleep but my depression has got worse since taking this medication. Is this a sign it is not the right med for me.

My gut churns when I wake up in the middle of the night.
Amitriptyline
worked for a while but then it stopped working. I often can't fall back asleep when I wake up at 3 or 4 AM.

Ganglion impar block injection
My IBS can't be controlled by the usual medicine including
amitriptyline
, Pregabalin or Gabapentin. Morphine as pain relief doesn't work either so the pain management Dr is suggesting these injections. If you have had them how did you get on with them? Many thanks

Amitriptyline - ATLANTIS clinical trial
Can anyone explain to me why money has been spent on a clinical trial for
amitriptyline
in relation to IBS, when this has been prescribed for IBS and specifically IBS pain for years already?

Small fiber neuropathy
I am taking gabapentin and
amitriptyline
. Some nights are worse than others. It is very rare that I have a good night. I was wondering if anyone else has been diagnosed with this and what have you done that has helped your symptoms.

Why is Amitriptyline causing Vision Problems & Tremors
I’ve recently been prescribed 10mg
Amitriptyline
to help with nerve pain from bad posture (still waiting for a diagnosis) however, I’ve been getting tremors when I go to sleep and horrible visual problems.

Sertraline
I have previously taken
Amitriptyline
which did work but then the effects wore off and Mebeverine which didn’t help at all. Has anyone with ibs-d found Sertraline to be beneficial? I rather think that he was treating my anxiety rather than the ibs.

Neuropathy treatment with POTS/postural hypotension?
The common options like pregabalin and
amitriptyline
apparently often affect autonomic function and I have postural hypotension so was wondering if anyone has tried any that worked?
