I think you should try amitriptyline and Cymbalta helps me ....90 mg Cymbalta and 25 mg amitriptyline.I also take tylex and Brufen at bad times.

Hi, amitript has side effects of making your mouth dry and I have sjogrens so, although it suited me otherwise, the rheumatologist suggested I stop taking it...so I did. Its some years ago and I can't remember what he gave me instead 🤔
