How has the quarantine changed routine for MS and does it help and in what ways...
I realized that this almost seems like the Cov quarantine has reevaluated daily life.Soon husband will work from home..and happy he wont be in the middle of all the germs but I may be nuts. I notice that with a new kind of day, I am more aware of vitamin D levels, food intake(and what) and always greatful

Am I vulnerable?
Hi all....I am 54 and have SCA 44. Am I still classed as vulnerable with low immune system? The advice from Government is anyone with CHRONIC (long term) disease.....I always thought chronic meant severe (breathing or any severe difficulties)

Why can't i just get rid of this stuff?
My chest and back hurt everyday. I can't stand it anymore...it makes me want to end it all...i feel like im going to die everyday. Nothing helps...medications don't help mediation doesn't do anything. I literally anticipate my death everyday. I can't tell if i have pain in the center of my chest or in

Diagnosed 2 years ago following 2 routine blood tests i.r.o my Coeliac disease which showed my white bloodcell count was going up. It'S been a rough day for me
My wife cosigned for a credit card for her son in 2004. His girlfriend charged the card up to the limit, and didn"t make a payment for 8 months. Her credit score went down by 100 points. We are out $3800 plus interest, money we don't have. My sister cheated me out of $2500 from my father's estate.

Feeling drained
Anyone else on here feeling sorry for themselves or is it only me.Spent last two days like everyone else. Up at 5, as usual, and started on Xmas dinner. Lovely dinner with OH, then after clearing up, a lazy rest of day. Really quite enjoyable. It is difficult having conversations sometimes with

Real Chronic Pain
Hi there all,I know everyone on this forum is suffering,in some way shape or form. So I do empathise with you all. Now then,I’m not 100%sure about my problem being IBS,but I do think it is part IBS. I’ve suffered with this chronic pain now for well over 10yrs. Gradually it’s getting worse. I’ve seen

Can anxiety linger
Hello all..I was just wondering. Can anxiety last for days? It seems like I wake up, I start thinking and my anxiety is back. If I’m busy throughout the day, it seems to be better. Going to bed, starts up a bit. Feel my heart beating, sometimes it hurts. Then starts the vicious cycle. Have to figure
