I would say it’s completely fine! Nothing in there to worry about yet so can’t hurt 🤷🏼♀️
Are you doing a fresh or frozen?
I would also say it’s absolutely fine too. The day before my transfer I was moving house so was helping lift heavy furniture. Good luck and be kind to yourself 💕😀
Hiya, I'm on my first round and I've been told walking only throughout the whole time from injections to finding out. I usually cycle to work and go to the gym so I was a bit frustrated about this as I can't imagine it being a problem as others say here. However, I don't dare not follow instructions!
Good luck!
I got told to ease off on exercise and only do the gentle things. Something to do with letting your body use its energy on IVF. Good luck.xx
Hi, I was told gentle exercise only as it can increase your testosterone levels. When I embarked on the IVF journey I totally cut out the gym, haven't stepped foot in there since October 2018! Which has been a struggle as I used to go to help with my mental health/wellbeing 🤯
I would suggest that swimming/walking/gentle jog etc would be ok but anything vigorous I would avoid. Good luck 🍀
I was also told gentle exercise only, because you want to get your circulation pumping gently, but not wear yourself out to a stage your body is focusing on/directing blood flow to recovering muscles instead of your uterus xx
