Alli
. Alginate is already used for dental impressions and as a constituent of Gavison. Not sure if it is the same form or not.

Making formula
Hi all...I know making bottles in advance is not recommended however midwife also suggested to me it is acceptable as long as you use within 24hrs and keep in the fridge. So far since LO was born 6 months I've made bottles on demand. My questions are if you make bottles in advance... ...do you put it

Positivity towards laproscopy?
I'm due to have a laproscopy on the 24th of this month and I'm getting really down about it, I just can't see how it'll benefit me, and I've read online all these stories how it hasn't helped people and I'm worried it'll be the same for me - I have extremely heavy periods - dysmenorrhea and intercourse

I can't believe I have just run for a solid 20 mins! The icing on the cake is that my shins do not hurt at all...I presume that the stopping and starting isn't good for them. My running weeks are out on sync with the 'calendar' weeks...I drank far too much Jack Daniels on Saturday night and was in no

Hi all.I started taking Hydroxychloroquine 5 days ago.
Now I am very dizzy and have diarrhoea and for the last 2 nights I found I couldn't get to sleep even though I was so tired. My pains all over seemed worse too. Should I persevere a bit longer or stop taking them. My Dr said to stop if I got side effects, but what is normal to get initially and what

Vitamin D result
Hi All,I just had my Vitamin D results back - total 31.5!! I had the test done privately so am I right in thinking I need to take this to the doctors to get their advice on treating rather than just take vitamins? Bit scared to take it in as I feel like I've gone behind them in having the test done (
