Me and my big mouth..................

Morning all,i have been down here since 2,30am when i came down to take some pain relief as my shoulders and neck were very sore. So i had a cup of tea and went on my laptop for a spell and then i fell asleep in my recliner and it is now 6am and i have just woken up again. My neck is still very sore and i don't know why that is.

I didn't do anything yesterday except go and get some money from the cash point machine,even though i had slept well the night before i didn't have an ounce of energy in me and i couldn't do anything and after lunch i fell asleep again for an hour,so i am not as good as i thought i should have been.

OH Sylvi. I had trouble getting to sleep and woke at six.. think I got five hours!! feel exhuasted too, got WORK TODY!! AND ULTRASOUND of hands and wrists.. had to book an hour off work for this ! x

Rest for you again??!!, how long to Cimza?? Nhs so slow isnt it? x

Cimzia is hopefully after the 22nd june. I hope your ultrasound goes ok today. I have had some sleep and i don't worry about it as i know i will sleep another night. xxxx

Hello Sylvie,

I was awake in the early hours of this morning too, and I fall asleep in my recliner regularly. I used to think my parents were boring old things dropping off to sleep on the sofa on Sunday afternoons, and here I am enjoying my naps in my comfy chair with my painful feet hanging over the end of the leg support bit.

I hope it's not long before you get some relief from your pain Sylvie. Take care, June xx
