Help please
Dear readers Has anyone on this forum experienced years of symptoms before being diagnosed with lupus please? If so what were your symptoms? I’ve been unwell for nearly 3 years and all the bloods tests carried have come back normal apart from the ANA test which showed slightly higher levels of inflammation

Spinal Cord Stimulator
I am waiting to begin a trial for the Spinal Cord Stimulator. The doctor will put an external wire going up my spinal cord and have a battery pack on my back for a few days. The Stimulator is supposed to stop the lumbar pain from reaching the brain. If it works, the doctor will install an internal stimulator

Can AFib detrimentally effect liver function? I’ve had two high blood results for Gamma-glutamyl transferase and Alanine aminotransferase both over 150, treble & double respectively from a blood test two weeks ago. I’ve not drunk any alcohol over that period the only thing that’s changed is getting

New & confused! ACL+ results, now what?
Hello everyone. I’m new here. I went to see a private rheumatologist after years of not being “well” in November. This was after I went to the GP with worsening Raynauds. An antibody test showed Positive ANA. Went to rheumatologist and been having tests for other stuff including Raynauds testing. Raynauds

Learning to validate myself
I wanted to quickly get on here and share some thoughts. I have struggled with my health since I was 15, I am now 25. It is honestly hard for me to imagine not being sick in some way now because it has been so long. Through all of this, I have been gaslighted and dismissed by so many doctors and other

Chemotherapy with Etoposide and Cisplatin
Has anyone on here had Chemo with these 2 drugs? Just wondering how you’re getting on in feeling normal? I’m 5 years post chemo and my entire body hurts from head to foot. Doctor is looking at possible Lupus but ANA test is negative. I have joint pain, muscle pain, basically pain anywhere and everywhere

Pluvicto Update: Second Treatment Coming up
Will be getting my second treatment on Tuesday. Unfortunately, my PSA has not dropped a whole lot. It went from 248 to 222. My Alk Phos shot up from the mid 300s to almost 600 now. Hoping things improve after the next infusion. Hope it's just dying cancer cells affecting the PSA. I still feel better

Natural remedies. Essential oils.
Have any of you used essential oils to help with PBC. I have been researching the use of oils to help detox and dilate the ducts to help with releasing the bile. I want to take info to my Dr for discussion. Medication side effects have been so severe that I only take milk thistle. My ALT and AST are

Questions about fatigue
I initially posted this to the B12 deficiency forum, and it was suggested that I post it here. I am in the USA. In the spring of 2021 I had been having periods of fatigue that would put me in bed for two or three days at a time, and then suddenly things would be better again. This was a repeating pattern

Stabbing pain in ribs & negative ANA
I have not been diagnosed yet and have recently been given an urgent referral to The Royal Free. I have been having flare ups for the past 10 years but they are getting more frequent and worse. My GP has sent me to A&E 3 times. Does anyone get shooting stabbing pain in their ribs and sternum? It feels
