How to get diagnosed?
Hi I just need some advice. I’ve been ill for about 16 years, progressively things have got worse. About 6 years ago they discovered a positive ANA, 1:300, when retested it was positive again but this time only 1:40. I’ve had several since and most the time it’s positive 1:40, however on 2 occasions

Herbal supplements? Xanax? Esketamine?
I'm trying to find a supplement for my daily depression meds that work generally but then I'll hit a huge slump and would love an as needed med for those times. Obviously something to work with my psychiatrist on, but I would love to know what has been effective for you all. I ordered some St. John's

Natural remedies for anxiety and depression
Has anyone ever tried natural remedies for anxiety and depression? I have tried 4 different anti depressants and all seem to make me worse versus better. I also hate the side effects of weight gain, suicidal ideation, etc. I struggle with sleep every night also. Has anyone perhaps tried a vitamin

Normal TSH result. Where to go from here?
Been suffering with extreme tiredness and fatigue of late, along with various other hypothyroidism symptoms. Got bloods done at GP, only thyroid testing was TSH, and results were normal. But I still feel awful. Where do I go from here? Is it worth getting other thyroid tests when my TSH isn't even slightly

Lupus panel and kidney question
Can Plaquenil cause a normally positive anti-dsdna to be negative? Reason I ask is bc currently I'm in a bad flare. My c3/c4 (c3-61.5, c4-5.1) are low and they re-tested them two more times within a month and they're all low. Within that time frame they had me do a 24 urine bc they were concerned of

Question about elastograph ultrasound result
Good morning everyone. I was diagnosed last October after elevated Alk Phos for almost a year and positive AMA. I had my first elastograph ultrasound in November 2018 after I refused a liver biopsy (sample from 1 spot, not as wide a look at the liver, etc). The kPA value from the elastograph was 1.92

POSITIVE ANA but negative antibodies.
Hello there. I have had many symptoms and flares. Went to the GP and bloodwork showed positive ANA homeogenous pattern, but the tier (Antibodies) came back negative. So he ruled out Lupus and said it was stress and anxiety and had the audacity to say it can be psychological. I about cried when he told

Still confused!
Sorry for banging on about this, but I'm still confused about what tests have been done! Can any one shed any more light? So, I posted recently that the doctor had said I'd had a positive 'lupus test' last summer, followed by a positive lupus anti coagulant test in November. He re ran the 'lupus test
