I was recovered from hepatitis A in last October 2018.. got affected in last july 27 2018. get a titenus vaccine due to a nail puncture on feet on 10th dec. got diarrhea after 2 days later 30 times. and recover from it within 30 hours. got sgpt check again in 14 dec was vaule 54. normal is below 40. I thought it will subside because bilirubin was 0.49 in october. So I started heavy meal with oily food. I also started jogging from middle of this January in alternative day up to 7th Feb 2019 total around 40Km run within 8 days. suddenly i get gas feelings and bowel got abnormal. I also have IBS issue since 2015. however I got tested sgpt again found 99! in 8th feb 2019. I thought i need rest and remove all oily food and test after a week but still get 121 in 16th feb 2019 and then just after that week i got ggt 119 sgpt 120 sgot 50 (normal under 37) bilirubin rise to 0.9 ! (normal below 1), also hepatitis still reactive (value 1.9 now normal is under 1 , was 7 in august 2018 ) but i stayed home last 2 week and thought i would be OK. following day I went to my doctor in 2nd march 2019 who keep me ursocol for 1 month 300mg 2 times and said i got fatty liver. after 7 days in 9th march i did ultrasound , all are normal and sgpt and bilirubin in 16th march was came down to 46 and 0.39. and the lastly i got fibroscan after taking ursocol for 25 days result was CAP- 176 , 7.1 Kpa median ! highest 7.7 lowest 6.6 , IQR 8 sgpt is 31 got normalize but stll gas feeling after 5 days for stopping ursocol . what is my problem here ?? please suggest me . how long it will take kpa value to go down under 5 if i take normal diet. what i understand here I shouldn't have gone for exercise until my hepatitis A fully recovered. Advice me.
