7 Days of Stimming - No side effects
First IVF cycle. Low ovarian reserve. Low AMH. I am so nervous. I have just done 7 days of stimming and don't feel any cramps in my ovaries. Are my follicles growing? I have my first scan tomorrow so prayers & fingers crossed because this is my final chance to try after years of trying.

Yikes back to virtual school lessons for my two girls again, the schools a no-go zone covid has got to their year groups. So once lessons had commenced, I'm surplus to requirements may as well go run đź‘Ť. Weather check it's still shorts weather, double shirts though I think and the trusty running beanie

Liver Friendly Medication?
Hello, Its been a series of events that have led to this question. I'll hit the bullet points. Bad Anxiety, caused vertigo, cant walk, bad vertigo. Prescribed Klonopin, 3mg/day for almost 4 years, worked fantastic. Dr. Retired, cut off w/ one week 1/2 mg

Very low AMH Hope: viability scan yesterday.
Hello ladies. The latest update from me is that yesterday I had my viability scan. I was so terrified. Iv had/have absolutely no symptoms so had convinced myself that the worst would happen. The scan revealed a strong heartbeat and the little one was measuring three days ahead at 7+1. I know early days

CRGH vs Zita West vs Evewell 40 years old high AMH
I am currently trying (and have been for the past 3 years) for a sibling for our son who was convinced through DIUI 5 years ago. We went back to the clinic we convinced our son as we still had donor sperm there, fast forward 3 years and we have had x4 DIUI and x2 FET (and x2 cancel FET due to issues

DHEA on high AMH
Hi all, I know DHEA is linked with increasing egg quality when ovarian reserve is reduced. But has anyone taken it when they have had high AMH? I am PCO (AMH 41) but not PCOS and my androgens are not elevated so I'm just wondering if it's worth taking to improve egg quality all the same. I have been

Poor response, despite plenty of follicles.
I’ve just had my second short cycle. Only 3 eggs retrieved, two mature and only one fertilised. So going for a day 3 transfer. The last cycle I got 3 mature eggs that all fertilised, got to blastocysts, one good grade transferred but ended in a miscarriage and had none to freeze, as other two were poor

Normal IVF vs Natural/Mild IVF for endo and low AMH
Hi all, I’m interested to hear about the pros and cons of normal ivf and natural/mild ivf. I have stage 4 endo, one tube and very low AMH (under 2.1) and have read a lot about how natural or mild is more suitable for those conditions. However I’ve seen a lot of success stories for women in same boat

450 menopur with low Amh - advice please
Hi everyone, so I had my basal scan yesterday and will be starting treatment soon. I've been put on the short cycle with 450 menopur daily. I have a low Amh of 0.9 and am 38. Have been reading so many posts on this forum where quite a few are saying that this high dose didn't work as well in people with

Dose of FSH - affect egg quality?
Hi .. i am 43 with a low AMH. I am about do do a round of IVF and the doctor has recommended a dose of 450 bemfola, which I am not too keen on, as I think it's too high (worried about the impact on egg quality, when it's obviously already going to be not great). When I asked about trying with a lower

Weak ASMA result
Doctor said he can’t treat me For
AIH
as my numbers are well below the typical range? Even if I have a biopsy he still can’t offer a treatment plan, so I should just see how I get on and maybe retest in six months! Should I get second opinion? I’m very worried

Donor egg treatment in Manchester area
Hi lovely ladies, I know we can’t recommend clinics on here but please could anyone who’s got any experience of using donor eggs in the Manchester / Warrington area private message me about their experiences? After 2 failed cycles with the nhs, including one miscarriage and several failed transfers

Ivf vs. ICSI
After two failed attempts with ISCI (I have a low AMH and am 43), I have sought the opinion of another FS. He said his protocol would be IVF over ISCI (DH sperm is normal), as ISCI involves piercing the shell of the egg. Has anyone has a better result with the IVF option over ISCI? Thanks!

Can you really improve egg quality?
Evening all. I just had a failed round of IVF and egg quality was cited as the main issue. I did do some preparation for the cycle in terms of supplements, diet, exercise etc... I didn’t take it too seriously though. I was lured into a false sense of security as my AMH is at the higher end of my age

private consultations - how many?
Hi everyone, my question is for how many clinics would you do consultations with before deciding? We are going private as we don't want to wait a year for NHS. We are currently waiting on the consent paperwork from one private clinic, they don't offer PGT-A, are slightly more expensive but are really
