Period late, spotting, negative test advice please :)

Hey ladies really appreciate you taking time to read my rambles! Feel like I’m going crazy! We’ve been TTC two years now and waiting for NHS IVF in April (put on the list in September). Been diagnosed with a low AMH, low egg reserve, fibroid and Adenomyosis. It’s really weird because my period is like clock work and hasn’t come this month. Had very spotting when it was due for one day. At first I was excited thinking maybe I’m pregnant tested a couple of days ago and BFN. I’m so confused what’s going on! I keep worrying since knowing my AMH and egg reserve is low maybe I’m going in to early menopause or something. Or is it the fibroid or Adenomyosis making my period stop? did ovulation test and said I ovulated, but had really bad cramps for 6 days before period was due.

I’m so confused but keep having this thought could I be pregnant but test was negative on second day period late and don’t want to get my hopes up but also really worried something could be wrong..........

Has this happened to anyone? Would really like some advice. Thanks so much xxx

Hi BECIO, sorry I have no experience with this but I would suggest that you test again in 2 - 3days time.
