Week 2 a breeze! Yay
And since the injury healed, I went out for brisk walks instead and my love of exercising increased to add in swimming once a week and a fat burn
aerobics
video daily from YouTube. I began jogging a little on my walks which i do 2 miles a day and 4 miles Saturday and Sunday.

So annoyed! Venting!
Plus a 15 mins fat burn
aerobics
daily. BUT with all this exercise alongside being a single mum and working I haven't had much time to study (am self teaching myself computer coding).

I am not doing the exercise after most runs though as I go to an hiit class and
aerobics
so I don’t want to overdo it ! I did do some planks today though to warm up when I got in ! Hope I can still graduate once I’ve done the runs !

17 months into Carbimazole - low blood pressure
I walk between 7-15 k every day and do
aerobics
and weights 4 times a week. So I am reasonably fit at 53. Has anyone experienced low blood pressure during treatment at all?

First run in over a decade
Feet pounding the ground like a hurd of elephants and breathing like Darth Vader doing
aerobics
I think the poor dog walker I bumped into must have thought Armageddon had come. I didn't realise how unfit I actually am but at least I didn't have a heart attack.

Why exercise alone won’t save us
Aerobics
was a craze about a decade before that, although many of its high-energy routines had already been around for a while. (The pastel horror of 1970s Jazzercise is probably best forgotten.) Before that, there was the jogging revolution, which began in the US in the early 1960s.

Week 2 Run 1
I’ve tried it all... swimming, Zumba, treadmills,
aerobics
. The list could go on. I never thought running would be the thing I might actually enjoy!

Last chance....I'm back....
I'm aiming for the 150 minutes moderate exercise a week - I have a history of depression and anxiety BUT I quite like dancing so will put the tunes on and dance away, along with dog walk and water
aerobics
I reckon!

Raynaud's and other possibly linked symptoms
We have found his BP readings are very good relatively soon after mowing the lawn and I assume this is due to
aerobics
rather than the vibration of the mower. Is anyone aware or has experienced such linkage?

You WILL get better, and you can lose weight!
In the past I have attended Zumba, Pilates, Aqua
Aerobics
and Body Combat sessions. I enjoyed the classes but never felt a massive impact on my weight or fitness levels. This summer, my husband and I signed up for a course at the gym. It is based on weight resistance training.

, just to name a few.

Turmeric benefits?
I thought you might also be interested to know that I tried an aqua
aerobics
class for the first time and recommend it to everyone as it really does help you feel so much better.

Week 1 done
Number one excuse has been my slightly dodgy knee but I’ve decided to go ahead & try running as it fits well with my work pattern (was always late for
aerobics
classes!).
