First run in over a decade

I completed my first run tonight under the cover of darkness. Feet pounding the ground like a hurd of elephants and breathing like Darth Vader doing aerobics I think the poor dog walker I bumped into must have thought Armageddon had come. I didn't realise how unfit I actually am but at least I didn't have a heart attack. I'm now intrigued to see how my next one goes.

Welcome.

Slow it right down, try to land feet flat, under your body and gently and it should come a little easier.

Great job out there.

Go slowly and all will be well. Imagine you’re a ninja rather than an elephant 👀

Running slowly buys time and helps with puff Take it easy and prepare to be amazed 👍😃
