Hey. Im looking for friends to add on myfitnesspal. :) Its a great app but I have been lacking the motivation to lose my last 10kg. :(
I think seeing ".... burned 100 calories doing
aerobics
" or something similar would help me stay motivated. If they can do that why can't I? My username is Kuriouslyblue.

Plantar Fasciitis sufferers comments appreciated
I had a low impact
aerobics
class booked and Aqua Gym followed an hour later. My heel pain continued for a lot of my LI class. I had coffee and did some more stretches. Followed was my Aqua Gym, I swithered if I should do it and decided I would.

Please Join Me for a Monday Weigh-in (7th April 2014).
I walked most days, and I also went to the gym and also did an
Aerobics
class (which was enjoyable). I also did 2 core conditioning sessions at home. I had been hoping to lose some weight, but never mind, I must keep on track and then hopefully the weight-loss will happen.

Week 2 run 1 killed me!!
I am doing the 12 week fitness plan, c25k combined with strength and flex, however I am a very big girl with a huge bmi..........I also do
aerobics
at least 4 times a week. I have extreme pain in my legs below the knees at the bag and extreme heat throughout my body. Any advice would be great.

Hair loss ?
I do thai chi, yoga,
aerobics
and weights. In fact I lead the same life as BS, before stroke, almost. Except I'm more aware of my diet, low caffeine, salt, fat, little alcohol. My doctor wants to keep me on the meds, no ablation . My inr is around 2.5 and I feel good.

Am I a hypochondriac?
I trained as an
aerobics
instructor and was always keen to impress - on myself and anyone who would listen - that the scales don't really matter; how we feel (in out clothes) and body composition are the most important things.

I didn't manage to do any
aerobics
type class either - maybe I'll manage one this week. I hope to continue with the walking - I find it the most enjoyable form of exercise as it's so lovely to be out in the fresh air.

3K walk/run done - things are getting better
Aerobics
class this morning I went for a 3K walk/run in the wonderful countryside of NewZealand!! First it was the Cormandel Forrest trails, very beautiful. Then onto Lake Rotomahana near Rotorua. 4% incline for some of it, phew, I really am out of condition.

What pain and symptoms can I expect from Cutaeneous Vasculitis please?
my doctor suspects that is what I have and has advised me to go to
aerobics
classes, swimming and cycling for my joint pains. I can hardly walk somedays as the pain I experience is crippling! I know I dont have it as bad as most of you but I dont understand what is happening to me.

in feb. last year, when having my second course of cyclo due to a flare, my legs became very weak,i tried exercise, water aerobics, because it
supposed to be easy on the joints, two sessions later, total exhaustion and badly aching knees, and legs giving way on me, hoped the mycophenalate would help, initially it was like a miracle, but then I got nearly every side effect,i reduced the dose and then stopped it entirely,at last I can think clearly

Susie, I am on 4 mg of methylpred and have been for about 2 months. I tried 3 mg 2 months ago but I had a good bit of shoulder and arm pain
My question is I like to go to senior
aerobics
and it makes me feel good afterwards. But, the day after I am hurting. Should I continue to go at a slower rate so I can loosen up my muscles or stick to just walking? Can I work through the pain and it will get better the more I do?

Jantastic run #1
Although I don't belong to a gym I figure I can do some exercise including
aerobics
and weights at home (my friend who's a Personal Trainer, has done a programme for me) and maybe some exercise biking. I've also just signed up for the running bug's #timetorun January challenge.

Daily Laughter New years Day Special Edition
I called the club and made my reservations with a personal trainer named Juan Antonio [ooh what a name] who identified himself as a 26-year-old
aerobics
instructor and model for athletic clothing and swim wear. My daughter seemed pleased with my enthusiasm to get started.

Brisk 5.3K walk, included 2 short jogs, I think I'm on the mend at last!
So today I would test my old body by starting with a low impact
aerobics
class at the gym, it was all OK. Then after lunch off I went up through my favourite forest tracks, a bit wet and soggy leaves to negotiate but it was fine.

Week 9 run2 - what on earth is wrong with my legs???
I think I probably need more rest before trying again for w9 r2 - I usually run Thursday, do
aerobics
Friday and then run Sunday. I'm thinking maybe delay run until Saturday might be wise. Any other pearls of wisdom? Yes - I do need new shoes :-) but I've needed them for a while now.

Half a duvet day, procrastination and avoidance of the to do list.
My exercise is going well, although after a while I do notice that my clumsy foot stamping
aerobics
appears to turn into the sort of dancing you ONLY do alone.
