says women over 60 benefit from once a week aerobics and resistance training ... so that is easier to aim for .... and to exceed :)

Thats good to know, and I must make the effort to go to the gym again after a poorly breathing summer!

I go swimming a couple of times a week and although I can only do a few lengths it makes me feel so much better. Couldn't cope with the gym.
