Long term HDRBrachyboost side effects testimonials.
I’m leaning heavily to HDR Brachyboost +
ADT
. (Due to high decipher score). (4+3, T1c) I’ve seen too many charts and stats on long term side effects of Brachyboost. I’m 58 and need to think way down the line.

Is it normal/typical for T to stay at 30 when on Xtandi +
ADT
? What T level are others who have been on this for some time?

Testosterone level seems to have plateaued at 250 post 2018-19 IMRT,
ADT
and brachyboost; was never more than 270 pre-treatment. Criteria for starting/stopping TRT? What are its pros and cons? Responses to it from men here? Many thanks, EdinBaltimore

strange results
I am not on any
ADT
medications for about 17 months now or any medications for that matter. last month results: psa(.11) and T= 700 This month(today): psa(.19) and T=130 I can understand why psa increasing but why T dropped to this level. Is this considered castrate resistance?

Bone Density - Dexa
For those on conventional
ADT
, add-back E2 should reverse
ADT
-related bone loss. i.e. if one had normal bone density before
ADT
, a low-dose E2 patch twice-weekly should restore normal density. IMO, the target for E2 should be 12-20 pg/mL. Apparently, I do not have age-related bone issues.

Any informed opinions on NMN or NAMPT for advanced Pca - on ADT, no mets yet? Thanks! https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4537380/
This question arose based on the advocacy of NMN by Harvard longevity doctor David Sinclair. He's the author of Lifespan: Why We Age - and Why We Don't Have To" Any known or postulated contraindications in taking NMN for advanced PCa? https://www.google.com/search?q=david+sinc%3Bair+youtube&oq=david

Any suggestions for headache?
In talking with my doctors, we conclude it is a side effect of the
ADT
/Orgovyx. My RBC/hemoglobin counts have all been low normal since the chemo, WBC count normal, so I recently added Hema-Plex with iron as a supplement. Your thoughts appreciated.

Hormonal treatment for Endometriosis
I had an appointment with a specialist recently and I expressed the desire to have diagnostic laparoscopy for endometriosis. The specialist recommended that I try taking hormones in the meantime to see if that helps with pain management. He said that by taking hormones I could control my period and choose

Geranylgeraniol (GG), Tocotrienols, Ubiquinol (CoQ10), & statins and their relationship w/ lipids, heart health and APC patient treatments.
You might want to focus on the heart health part only, which is important to APC patients, who often have heart disease, or develop heart disease from the
ADT
drugs.

Advice on hormonal treatment?
hi all, 10 days post-lap here. Unfortunately ended up losing my left ovary and tube - had 4 endometriomas on it, 1 of which was 8cm, and this was all adhered to my rectum. So the surgeon said it needed to come out. I’m waiting for a post-op appointment but the consultant said the endo will likely come

Are there options past Pluvicto?
He was diagnosed last year, and over the last 15 months he has endured
ADT
, Zytiga, Docetaxel (6 cycles), Cabazitaxel (four cycles before it failed), and now Xtandi and Pluvicto (and a bone strenghtener). I have added a more detailed medical history in my bio.
