Eliminating ADT.
Is there ANY PC Therapy that does not use
ADT
? I have been on
ADT
implants for over 2 years and will start Xtandi due to increased PSA's. I would love to stop
ADT
due to SE.

ADT + Docetaxel
Would like to know if I should continue the
ADT
(zoladex), which I have tolerated well for 3 years. Most trial info I have found (STAMPEDE, CHAARTED) tests
ADT
alone vs
ADT
+ Docetaxel, where the combination outcome is superior.

ARASENS Darolutamide vs Placebo
The multiplier is about a factor of 2 better for Darolutamide +
ADT
+ Docetaxe, compared to Placebo +
ADT
+ Docetaxel. The Cohort was High Risk men. https://ascopubs.org/doi/10.1200/JCO.23.00041

Input on Timing of Initial ADT after RP/SRT Failed
For the group: ▫ Does starting
ADT
early delay metastasis? ▫ If
ADT
is started early, will that make the cancer
ADT
resistant earlier? ▫ Aside from not experiencing the
ADT
side effects, is there an advantage to delaying the start of
ADT
?

Reason for ADT
Why is
ADT
used after SBRT? If radiation kills the cancer or makes it impossible to reproduce, then why do some doctors recommend
ADT

ADT Side Effects and Supplements.
My kidney gfr was in the 80 to 90 range before
adt
. My bilirubin was 1.8 before
adt
and now it is .5. Very mild hot flashes and a little weight gain but pretty good energy for a guy nearing 74 years of age.

Radiation?
Don’t know if I’ve provided enough info for this question…..but would more radiation be of any benefit over
ADT
? Any “curative” possibility given rapid response to
ADT
?

estradiol cream
I know this was discussed 8 years ago but has it changed for the better regarding reducing the
ADT
SE? I am on
ADT
for 2 + years and going on Xtandti this month. I want to control the SE as best I can. Great diet and heavy exercise every day. Also stopped the Vit Cal & D.
