knee replacement during ADT
I still have a long way to go with my
ADT
and I am thinking I need to get a replacement sooner than instead of waiting. Has anyone had a knee replacement during
ADT
?

Hi everyone, I think I'm being a bit dim here but I have to ask ...what is difference between Glandulars and NDT? I know M is a glandular.... But then what? What does that actually mean re. treating hypothyroidism, I still don't understand the difference despite my Googling. š Also, why all the

NDT for management of hypothyroidism in children?
I would like first of all to thank all who will read my post. I found this forum very useful a few years ago when I started searching more information about management of hypothyroidism. Our story started when my son was born with hypothyroidism, diagnosed in the first days of life after a stressful

Should my dad continue docetaxel? He seems weakening so much.
ADT
was first treated in July and Docetaxel was started in Aug. After the 5th injection of docetaxel, my dad at the age of 75 seems very weak. The PSA drop from initial 50 to 0.28 before the 5th docetaxel. The first 2 docetaxel seems running good.

What can I expect from chemo?
ADT
worked for me for a little under two years. The side effects sound pretty awful especially peripheral neuropathy. I read the percentages for the side effects but would like to know what people really experience. Is there any way to avoid peripheral neuropathy.

mini break
well the hormone treatment is going well, slight side effects like hot flushes and tiredness, but not that bad, Iāll be having radiotherapy in May so Iāve booked a mini break for myself and my wife in Santa Ponsa, Majorca at the end of April, seems like a great idea

6 months in and ADT already failing
6 months of
ADT
and already failing. Firmagon and Zytiga. Was scheduled to have surgery, but that's off the table since its spread to lymph nodes in neck region. Starting chemo next week. Looking for stories of hope. How long do we have? To know its already MCRPC is devastating.
