PSA Climbing while on Zoladex and Abiraterone with Prednisone

I have an appointment with Oncologist today. Going to ask if i can switch the prednisone for dexamethasone. Not sure if they will approve it. I was scheduled to start Xgeva. As I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis due to having ADT since 2017.

What other treatment should I look forward to having.

My MO has no problem when I asked about switching to dex. Too soon to tell whether it's working.
