After initial diagnosis in 2015, I've had EBRT; brachytherapy; chemo in 2019; ADT since 2019 chemo; two bone Mets on spine since 2019, but no detectable PSA. Have been on Orgovyx since December, 2020.
Still have everyday, lowgrade --- not migraine --- headaches, for which I take Excedrin. In talking with my doctors, we conclude it is a side effect of the ADT/Orgovyx.
My RBC/hemoglobin counts have all been low normal since the chemo, WBC count normal, so I recently added Hema-Plex with iron as a supplement.
Your thoughts appreciated.

TA, thanks for the suggestion; my iron levels are normal, no anemia. My next CMP/CBC/PSA is in a few weeks, so I will keep an eye on my iron levels. Thanks again for the heads up.
Look at the MCH, if it is not low you don't need iron. Anemia caused by ADT is usually normocytic normochromic and it is not due to low iron levels. Iron supplementation is not needed.
Just trying to see if you are paying attention....somebody has to inject some humor in this den of hormone challenge goombahs....(sp?)...Im irish ...my italian is limited...
My MO prescribed Celebrex for me due to ongoing headaches from Xtandi, helps with body aches and pains from long term ADT as well. I’ve been taking it for several years now.
