What does it mean?
I'm slightly embarrassed to be asking strangers on the internet, but I'm a little frustrated by the lack of information given by the doctors. My dad (63) just got diagnosed - Gleason score 8 - and after a new scan they've concluded there's two mets - one in the pelvic lymph node and one in the seminal

PSA reading
I had PSA resistence so I have been on
ADT
since April 15. I have my PSA checked last week and the report came out yesterday with two results: < 0.006 ( by medical lab with the examination of serum) and < 0.058 ( by nulcear medical check).

How do you know if you're developing cysts?
I've just been diagnosed with PCOS with a low SHBG, <12 follicles in both ovaries, normal FAI and ovaries are normal size and volume.I just had a few questions... What does the amount of follicles mean? Are this mini cysts? How do you know if a cyst is growing? Is painful and is there any way of reducing

Time for a vacation, but worried about IADT
Decision time is approaching but should I take an
ADT
vacation? Any new data or articles to support decisions on intermittent
ADT
? I'm looking forward to an improved QoL but just worried about giving the beast room to come back.

Lynparza - warning!
I'm writing this in pure agony in hopes, that it might help someone in the future. My father is castrate resistant and when Xtandi stopped working, his MO put him on dexamethasone + abiraterone + Lynparza (olaparib). This combo is now registered in European Union even for men without BRCA mutation

Consulting on next steps
As I am 10 months PSA undetectable and clear on basic bone scans I have started the process of consultation re staying on
ADT
(zoladex) and Apalutamide continuously or moving to intermittent (and what would that involve) or getting more treatment (J591 for example aimed at micromets).

non hormonal suggestions
hi! I was diagnosed with endo in 2019, avoided any hormonal treatment until last year due to past experiences of the pill. March last yr I went for a private fertility check and they said my endo looked worse and was now also adenomyosis. Suggestion was a mirena coil to stop periods. I went for

Anomaly PSA jump of more than 25%?
I am not happy with husband's doctor as I pushed to have PSMA-PET done after this jump (before this last PSA there was 6 years of stable PSA following RT w/o
ADT
), but both husband and doctor said, wait.

Low-dose Aspirin.
A risk that only increases with
ADT
. The appeal of aspirin in PCa is the prevention of clots. However, I prefer to use nattokinase to clean-up any unwanted coagulation after the fact. I think it's safer.

Long term HDRBrachyboost side effects testimonials.
I’m leaning heavily to HDR Brachyboost +
ADT
. (Due to high decipher score). (4+3, T1c) I’ve seen too many charts and stats on long term side effects of Brachyboost. I’m 58 and need to think way down the line.
