The Recent Battle of Fear
Not to mention, the millions of horrible sensations I felt, such as, palpitations, dizziness, nausea, a rush of nervousness &
adrenaline
, tight arms, heavy legs, shakiness, and everything in between. It got to the point where I felt depressed and I was so tired of battling this constant fear.

Catheter Ablation recovery
They did use
adrenaline
in the procedure to get my heart to misfire which was a strange sensation but bearable. However the recovery is much harder than I thought. I've read about some people going straight home and are back on their feet quickly. I am on day 4 and my chest is sore and tight.

Am i going crazy?
I was cutting some fruit this afternoon and the dizzy rush came over me (like
adrenaline
running through my head) so I panicked and thought it must have come back! I ran upstairs to do the Epley to see if I had the spins again and I don't. I guess this is just residual dizziness.

Gp wants to reduce my Levothyroxine
Adrenal problems occurred to me because in trying to describe how I feel I said I feel driven by
adrenaline
. Sort of compelled to keep moving. Get up after a very brief sleep. So exhausted. But unable to rest at all. Reply Like (0)

Non stop attack for over 3 days
Wake up 4 hours later I am tired, constantly 'tight chested', constantly ready for a fight in the sense I have a load of
adrenaline
flowing through my body.

How do we know its just anxiety?
My issue has been that I have been feeling off balance, feeling like I am just floating in space with bouts of dizziness/rising
adrenaline
levels which then spirals into an anxiety attack.

What You Fear The Most Cannot Happen
The flow of
adrenaline
and the resulting extra blood flow increases your strength and awareness of the danger.

Angry at anxiety continued...
I felt the waves of anxiety and
adrenaline
and I started to do my usual process of talking myself down from the ledge of panic.. but it wasn't working the way it had been, so I just started getting super pissed off…I spent the next hour screaming ad yelling fuck you fuck you fuck you to all the fear,

Success Stories - T3 Works
I laughed (out of hysteria) initially, when I looked, last night, at the ‘Success stories’ tab and saw not 1 post? Then I thought how depressingly sad. So I decided to post mine. I wrote it out, rambled on, as I do, and hit ‘Post’. Nothing. It just wouldn’t post… in the end I gave up, late at night

Need a new way of dealing with trauma
My way is to just get on with it, ride it out by throwing myself at the problem running on
adrenaline
until it's over, then try and get back to a normal life as quickly as possible afterwards.

Fear or listening to my gut?
For example do i not want to go to a thrilling movie in theaters because of my fear of crowds and dealing with the
adrenaline
or am I not going because I know it is not good for my brain and body to subject myself to unnecessary drama when I have already lived through so much?

New shoes 👟
I went for a pair of Brooks
Adrenaline
. And getting a little carried away I even bought proper shorts and a arm band to hold my phone. I'm not saying it was a cheap day but it was very therapeutic.

Amazed
Just thought I know I can do 8, that came and then 10 became my target then it's well I'm over half way, and when I heard the voice say 5 minutes to go the
adrenaline
kicked in. I was going to do this, I might not be fast or elegant but I am going to be successful.

Dizziness, feeling off balance all the time ... true dizziness,GAD or just a fear of dizziness?
My
adrenaline
also kicks in and I have a panic attack. I also feel like off balance/swimming in head sensation 24/7. One night I awoke suddenly from being in bed for only an hour and could not even comprehend what my husband was telling me. I was dizzy and having a full blown panic attack.
