Phlegmy covid cough and recovery times
Update: His doctor said that his phlegmy cough was “normal” and wasn’t too concerned. After 18 days he’s finally tested negative for covid and his cough has improved. Thanks everyone for your input! Has anyone had a covid infection with a phlegmy cough? How long did it take to clear it? My one parent

help pls 😊
I started a few wks ago and was really enjoying it. Completed wks 1&2 and was feeling great about it. Haven’t run for 3wks due to the nasty virus going around. Started like tonsillitis then continued with horrid sore throat, cough and exhaustion. Should I start again at wk 1? Or continue with wk3

Sudden onset poorly controlled asthma
Hi, Sorry it’s a bit of a long story but I am feeling rather lost with what has happened. I was absolutely fine until November maybe odd tight chest and shortness of breath but this could have been anxiety. I am now on GINA step 4 and still poorly controlled. I am waiting to see the specialist, the

so I’ve just started on dealing with latest flare, currently taking 8 mg. Have developed a cold, first in years. My question is do I hold steady or put pred up, for a few days?

Continuous Cough
11 month old has just started nursery and got a horrible cold from there. I gave him calpol last week Thursday for a few days as he had puffy eyes and didn’t look well at all. He still has a really bad cough which is making him puke at times and keeping him up at night. I heard you can only give calpol

The importance of 'Dynamic' stretching in cold weather
I personally always do "Dynamic" stretches before a run , But if it's not part of your routine you may want to consider it in this cold weather as your muscles will contract in the cold to preserve heat. https://www.orthopedicperformance.com/blog/the-importance-of-stretching-in-cold-weather/#:~:text

At last - comparison of LT4 v DTE(NDT) treatment of hypothyroidism
This is a poster from the recent ATA conference (no 125). I can't get the actual poster but what it says is: A recent multicenter, double-blind randomized clinical trial (presented @AmThyroidAssn meeting) involved 284 patients and compared therapy with LT4 vs desiccated thyroid extract (DTE) for up

My Current Stack (what is in yours?)
This is my latest stack. My goal over the last 18 months here is to develop a stack that somewhat made sense to me and then to stick with it and stop bouncing around. I feel like I am pretty close to being there. Of course it is all a crap shoot and a good amount of hopium. I have not been diagnosed
