Sudden cold episode

This morning I was getting ready for work and my body suddenly went freezing cold and I felt like I was going to pass out. My heart started racing and I thought I was going to die. I rang for an ambulance. After several hours the ambulance service just called and asked if I still wanted them to come but I said no

I’ve had this happen when my blood sugar has droppe. Maybe try having a cup of juice if it ever happens again, followed by some protein.
