Has anyone come across this inhaler? I’ve gone from Fostair to Relvar and now to this. Haven’t started it yet but does this suggest I’m now on triple therapy? It’s a bit disconcerting to be on what appears to be a pretty strong inhaler a year into chronic bronchitis. I feel it leaves little room to up the meds. I still feel airway clearance has the biggest impact on how my chest feels, but it’s the constant fatigue that has me buggered & I don’t think the inhalers help that at all.
Still trying to get my hear around the whole lama / laba / steroid differences.

I don’t know if it’s anything to do with it but my surgery changed my Fostair too. Lubfrobec. I complained that it wasn’t working because I started coughing more. They kept telling me it was the same but had cut the dose down to 100/6 instead of 200/6. In the end I had quite a bad Aspergillosis attack. I saw a Consultant and he’s now put on my notes that they don’t cut me down at all.
It may be the medication is the same as what you already have. The excuse why they changed mine was that Fostair has become too expensive and eventually that’s all they would prescribe. So another saving on the patients behalf.
