So thankful
Your positive vibes and prayers have paid off and I received my call while lying on the
acupuncture
bed (not awkward at all 🙄) and there was positive news. Of the 5 collected only one was immature and of the 4 they injected, 3 have fertilised.

There is HOPE
To all on this forum, I have been on almost every medication you can take. I have had 3 hospital stays. I have had 12 rounds of Electric shock therapy. I have tried alternative methods. What brought me around is accepting the fact that I have depression and it is up to me to handle it, no one else can

Anybody help please
I have just started Physio for my back and I had some
acupuncture
I felt great just after treatment but by the same evening back to my normal self . I feel like my whole body is swollen tender like a big bruise. Aches and pains in my whole body feel like I'm 90 years old some days .

Totally gutted
So this cycle, I've forked out for
acupuncture
which has clearly made no difference whatsoever. So much for unexplained infertility. Clearly I'm not producing enough eggs. Absolutely gutted as this is our last funded cycle and we can't afford to go privately at the moment.

Advise on DHEA & CO Q10 from a UK London clinic
However, there is no evidence to support their use and the exact ingredients (whether beneficial or possibly harmful) are often difficult to accurately identify -
Acupuncture
and Yoga have also been suggested to positively affect blood flow to the uterus and potentially improve outcome.

Endo diet - any good? Holistic/alternative therapies like acupuncture?
I have read about
acupuncture
but am scared of needles. If I can get tattoos and piercings though, I'm sure I can hype myself up for it. Looking forward to see if anyone has tried these things.

High FSH, low AMH- any hope?
I'm also having
acupuncture
and trying with my diet. I'm 36 and really struggling with the thought that my body is menopausal already. I have more love to give and hope I've got that one last egg... can't think about egg donation at present, if ever.

Unsure what to do
I have also looked into
acupuncture
but am unsure of the outcome. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do as I am stuck on whether to give the
acupuncture
a go or just book in for a second surgery? Thanks :)

Message for Mrsjj and anyone else doing the holistic route rather than IVF
Hi Mrsjj, hope you don't mind me asking but I read one of your messages relating to
acupuncture
so was wondering what else you did. We are just starting on this journey after trying for 18 months or so.
