I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of the kind words of support and positive thinking of our behalf yesterday. I cannot even begin to explain how much it meant but this group genuinely felt like a life line yesterday when I was at home on my own with just my two fur babies.
Your positive vibes and prayers have paid off and I received my call while lying on the acupuncture bed (not awkward at all π) and there was positive news. Of the 5 collected only one was immature and of the 4 they injected, 3 have fertilised. I truly feel blessed and am incredibly thankful to the incredibly skilful embryologists but also to you girls who knew exactly what to say to keep me hoping.
There is still a long road ahead but I am so grateful to still be on it. Bless you all.

Yay! So thrilled for you π now you can get on with reports with spirits lifted - ps don't work too hard! Are you going to have acupuncture before and after transfer? X
Hiya. Yes I'll crack on after a nap - didn't sleep well last night. Surprise surprise. Well I had acupuncture today and my next one is due on Friday. I don't know when they'll transfer so hard to book around that really. x
Congratulations! I am new to this but saw your other thread & was really hoping for good news for you. I haven't been through IVF but having read the posts it looks like numbers mean a lot to us ladies but I will bear in mind when it's my turn that it doesn't necessarily translate to the number of embryos. Agree this site helps so much, no better support than having others to talk to who are in exactly the same boat. Let us know how your wee trio develop, good luck! Xx
We go for quality over quantity in the ivf game. I had 5 collected and two immature but my three musketeers fought on to all be day 5 blasts. fingers crossed for your musketeers x
