There is HOPE

To all on this forum, I have been on almost every medication you can take. I have had 3 hospital stays. I have had 12 rounds of Electric shock therapy. I have tried alternative methods. What brought me around is accepting the fact that I have depression and it is up to me to handle it, no one else can do it for me. I have also found that using a journal, Emotional freedom tapping, and guided meditation have helped a lot. I am now having some good days, so there is hope for the future.

I wish all the best for everyone on their journey and the other possible key to beating depression is going inside yourself and finding the root cause and dealing with that, through talk therapy, using a journal or EFT, NLP, NDT, accupuncture, hypnosis, what ever it takes. You are worth it, after all, there is no one else like you on this planet, you are special.

I cant see wot uve wtitten, but here goes. U have finally seen that certain people such as us at least (me &u) dont regognoise the house as it is, dont judge people on their sex !!!!

Why did u let them keep giving u (12 rnd) of electric shock treatment? After 2 or 3 ud have said sod that uve had ur chance u dont know wot ur doing. I wouldnt be boasting bout that
