W7R1 - Frosty!
So, sparkly frost greeted me this morning at 6.15am... but thankfully the ground was not slippery. Run went ok, typical up and down emotions, but becoming the norm. I am finding myself ravenous this morning at work though, and it is taking quite a lot of willpower not to start eating my lunch already

Colon transit test
Has anyone had one of these ? Did it help with a diagnosis of slow transit and what did they do to treat it? Took my first 2 today , 2 tomorrow and friday and have an xray on monday morning and an mri proctogram. Anyone had one of those , it does not sound fun!

Completed week 3
I finished week three at lunchtime today - just a few weeks ago I couldn't imagine even getting this far, but with the lovely Laura's calm tuition it hasn't been the impossible struggle that I had feared. I normally take one or two 6 km walks a day following the roads that bound the local park where

What a great feeling
It has been a long tough road but as of This week. I AM IN REMISSION. 😊😊. I was diagnosed April 2017 with GPA, I spent 6 weeks in a French hospital in intensive care, 2 weeks of that I was in a coma. Since returning to the UK I have had 2 relapses and a number of issues relating to the disease but

10 year old, bowel problems
We can just about manage it without
accidents
if he goes to the toilet as soon as he gets up, after breakfast, straight after school and after tea. However, he's due to go on a school trip for a full week next month and is worrying about how he will manage.

RED January ✔️
Hi all, i hope you’re all ok and survived the windy weather, sleet or snow of January? Now I know we all make resolutions and promises to ourselves in the new year and hopefully we stick to them, never mind if you didn’t, rules are there to be broken sometimes!! As some of you may remember, my last

Advice about 4 year old
We made this decision as she has no concept of when she needs a poo and having
accidents
she found very traumatic and was having a big impact on her both emotionally and socially.

TailChaser's HM Training Diary - Week 16
It was fun but there were far too many groups of people in the park and we all nearly had
accidents
with dogs. Will we be able to go to the park at all next week? The week ended with a pretty dire run yesterday.

Endometritis
Hi Ladies, A friend of mine found out she got endomentitis and she is super worried she wouldn't be able to get pregnant. Are there any ladies on here who were dealing with the same issue and could you give her some tips and advises please? Successful stories and happy ends are much needed as well.

Advice please
I’ve been on Prozac for quite some time but my depression and anxiety went out of control recently and my GP increased it to 40mg, my anxiety a bit better but my depression seems to be worse I feel so spaced out as well. Due back to the Doc next week but I’m scared to come off them as I’ll get worse

A heartfelt thank you
Thank you, each and everyone of you who responded to my post. I genuinely appreciate it. I learned a lot today and it was helpful and has reduced my fear a little. I’m going to put it from my mind - for fear of building it up into something it may not be- and just wait until CT scan and subsequent discussion

Running for my mental health
Hello lovely running fiends 👹 Firstly, I am loving seeing so many people on this fantastic C25K programme! I completed it 2.5 years ago at the age of 46, having never done much in the way of cardio exercise before. And, I have been running ever since, getting up to half marathon distance in Sept 19

Post 614 Do not take medicine alone 06 Mar 2020
I knew not to, it was not on purpose but
accidents
do happen. Whoever says there is no pain in ms is a fool, and does not know what they are talking about. There is pain in ms, and “YOU” very well may experience it over your years with this condition. My suggestion is at least two fold.
