Think for yourself.
This thing has killed less people in the same time frame then cigarettes, cancer, drunk driving, domestic violence, car crashes, cross stitching
accidents
(j/k on the last one but probably close), stabbings, overdoses, and please don’t get me started on abortion. Wake up!!!

I owe you one, ShelWhitt XX
The dearest of memories can spring from the most surprising sources. ShelWhitt's kind response to a message of mine has stirred so many memories for me... I am beyond grateful that, even during these arduous times, I have been allowed to contemplate the little things that sustained me while I was growing

Evening! I was diagnosed with PAF in 2017 and my recent echo shows moderate diastolic dysfunction with a mild left atrium. I am awaiting to hear from my cardiologist/EP but can anyone share similar stories as i am going out of my mind as to the next steps and prognosis. I was getting more breathless

How do you manage your headaches
Hey 👋 I was wondering what you have done to manage your headaches? Starting to feel like they are never going to go (I had a car accident and concussion three months ago) and trying to find ways of best managing them. Thanks !

Big shock regarding my congenital hypothyroidism!
Hi everyone, My mum was going through her files and paper work to declutter, and came across my birth book from 1980! I read through it, and see my diagnosis of my congenital hypothyroidism. However, my mum said to me all my life that I didn't have a thyroid gland, when in fact, it was that I don't have

Does constipation block bugs?
I posted a few days ago after getting a bad reaction after Mexican food on Monday. I barely ate Monday and Tues as I felt off but on both days had one miserable stool. Wednesday however my appetite came back and I felt amazing. Worked out and had lunch and an hour later pure liquid diarrhea. TMI - I

Past injury getting worse
Is it unusual to have symptoms worsen significantly years (like 8 yrs) after a head injury? I feel like what used to be manageable pain and inconvenience is now completely crippling on a near daily basis

W7R1 - Frosty!
So, sparkly frost greeted me this morning at 6.15am... but thankfully the ground was not slippery. Run went ok, typical up and down emotions, but becoming the norm. I am finding myself ravenous this morning at work though, and it is taking quite a lot of willpower not to start eating my lunch already
