So, sparkly frost greeted me this morning at 6.15am... but thankfully the ground was not slippery.
Run went ok, typical up and down emotions, but becoming the norm.
I am finding myself ravenous this morning at work though, and it is taking quite a lot of willpower not to start eating my lunch already. (I've had my normal bran flakes breakfast, water and piece of fruit)
It amazes me that every single C25K day is a new challenge... even on a repeating run, something else comes along and starts poking at you...
Quite looking forward to running somewhere else... this running around the block is starting to get boring - but with the history of 2 heart attacks, I am still worried about running away from home...

Wow, you have fast times. I get your worry about heart attacks, understandable in your position- do you carry your ICE information with you? May give you some piece of mind. Happy running
Great run, well done! It was really nippy out there today, but beautiful to see the sun - my favourite running weather!
I remember being ravenous when I first started to run! It did settle down for me though. I find a boiled egg on toast sorts me out for post-run breakfast. You might find that protein will fill you up for longer. Yoghurt/nuts is also good. 👍
I agree with grannytobe - you should always run with ICE number on you. You could find a new route, but make sure it is a busy one with folk around?
