Night Time Pains !!
Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone else experiences severe pains at nighttime due to Endo? I take strong pain killers, cramp medications and antispasmodics. I use a hot water bottle and have invested in a electronic heat pad. Nothing seams to work, i usually end up crying myself to sleep.

ADHD and Hysterctomy
I am married to a wonderful man. He wants to make love all the time. He thinks it's him that I don't want. I had a partial hysterectomy in 2016 and now 2020 I feel not to make love to him. The past four years our love was amazing. It still does once we get into it. I don't have the urge. Does ADHD and

Can a hysterectomy really help with endometriosis pain?
Girls I’m at my wits end, I’ve had surgery after surgery, diagnosed at 22 and now 33, my endo has been relentless, excruciating and taken so much from me. I was incredibly lucky to get pregnant after having ivf after surgery in 2018 and my pregnancy was a utter dream, I had zero pain - it’s was amazing

HRT After Hysterectomy
I had a full hysterectomy 3 weeks ago due to suffering from stage 4 Endo for 25 years, I am currently struggling to get HRT I’ve been told by the hospital that I must go on it due to being 44 and the complications I could suffer if I don’t. The issue I’m having is that my doctors are telling me that

scan or no scan?
Hello all ! It has been 3 months since I had my last scan and it was NED. I am due to have another one in 2 weeks but I am afraid to have it now because of the Covid virus. If I contract the virus while I am at hospital for scan, then chances are, I wont survive since I am 71 and chemo probably has compromised

Pain after hysterectomy
I am now 4 weeks on from a hysterectomy, bilateral Salpingectomy and removal of endo. I am still absolutely shattered all the time which i expected to a certain degree but i also am still in lots of pain which can be sharp and severe at times. Can anyone shed any light on how long the pains last?

Endo Revenge - adhesions are blocking my bowel, any alternatives to laxatives as a longer term option?
Hi Ladies, I'm almost 11 years down the line of of Stage 4 endometriosis, where I had a complete hysterectomy, both ovaries removed and extensive dissection of my bowel. After the amazing work of my gynae and bowel surgeons, I was blessed with gaining 9 years of life.... that was until the pain came

Prolapse
Hi, I am 53 and really struggling. I have (I think) my cervix prolapsed. I had a hysterectomy 8 years ago leaving my cervix and ovaries. My discomfort started about a year ago, feeling heavy and some pain. However since then I was diagnosed with gallstones in September which flared up at Christmas

Endo & mirena w/out estrogel?
Hi everyone, I’m new on here. I’ve had the mirena coil for a year due to very aggressive endo (strictures in ureters, ovaries stuck, bowel adhesions) but had to ask for estrogen gel supplementation as I was unable to sleep due to excessive night sweats (45 so prob perimenopause). The pain and night sweats

Hormone testing post hysterectomy
Hi, I’ve had a laparoscopic hysterectomy & left ovary removed as well as endometriosis excision about 10 days ago. I know it’s early days but I’m experiencing night sweats & I understand this could be due to a drop in oestrogen levels. Even tho I had the op privately I don’t think the gyno who performed

No more treatment due to Coronavirus
I’ve had stage 3 OC since early 2018. treatment started late May. Hysterectomy Sept 2018 plus carboplatin for 6 months I had a recurrence 6/7 months later then carbo/Caelyx for 6 months. 3 very large tumours after my 3 month CT scan. After 3 more months the CT scan revealed a shrinkage of more than half

Feeling overwhelmed with it all - small rant
Hi everyone, It's been so tough endometriosis has really taken over my life - particularly the last year. I have had so many tumours (around 12) removed in the last year alone, the last one was 30cm diameter and parautheral. It's these ups and downs and the constant loom of cancer as each tumour they

Post total hysterectomy cyclic bleeding
Hi everyone. I had a total hysterectomy last September. My spotting afterwards stopped at 5.5 weeks post op. Three months ago I started to spot again. It happens every 23 days for a couple of days (the same schedule my period was on). My gynecologist did a quick exam and said she couldn't find anything

New here: about to have TAHBSO, worried about upstaging and menopause.
Hey everyone, I'm new here. I've read about a billion posts trying to find out as much info as possible. I'm only at the beginning of the journey. I've had scans in the last few weeks which revealed an 8.5cm cyst in one ovary and 3 x 2cm cysts in the other ovary. The MRI 'looks worrying' I've been told
